I'm a depth oriented therapist (aka psychoanalytic or psychodynamic) that pays attention to the unconscious. Depth therapy revolves around understanding, accepting, and changing yourself deeply and experiencing a healing therapeutic relationship.

The goal is to speak as freely as possible, to put words to whatever needs to be heard and felt. We will look for repeating patterns of thought, feeling, and ways of relating to yourself and others. With support and growing awareness change begins.

I became a therapist because there is too much suffering in the world and I'd like to do my part to alleviate some of it.

More about me and my practice:

I did training at the Cleveland Psychoanalytic Center, Jung Institute of Chicago, and have years of training in consultation with highly experienced psychoanalysts. My approach to therapy integrates Freudian, Jungian, and Attachment theory.
