I utilize a thoughtful and gentle approach, with a willingness to challenge you! There is often laughter involved when the time is right. I have training with perinatal mood disorders to focus on new mamas. I am EMDR trained to move through trauma.

I specialize in working with people who:

are women looking to better understand themselves and recognize their power and potential in the world we live in. We explore negative beliefs that may be held due to messaging from society, then quickly challenge those and rebuild within our values.

I became a therapist because:

It is my calling! Working with my client's is something I am always looking forward to. I was the 6 year old on the playground mediating conflicts!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy virtually from my home! What started in the height of covid has become my new normal. Taking the drive time out of therapy is great.

I started my practice to better serve women experiencing the incredible shift into motherhood. It is challenging, messy, and women are often isolated. You are important here in this space, and I am passionate about you feeling that way.
