Kaleigh Mackay

My approach is very down to earth and always guided by your comfort level. I will go at your pace while working together but I will always provide guidance and direction if you are unsure of where to start or how to move forward in therapy.

Together we will process past trauma, develop new skills and learn how to build and live a life that you love. We will get out of “autopilot” and learn how to cope with life’s stressors, past and present by finding solutions together.

My clients describe me as solution-focused, empathetic and supportive. I aim to be your sounding board for both support and growth during our time.

I am certified in Trauma-Focused CBT and have extensive experience with patients who have complex trauma. I also work well with clients with ADHD, anxiety, burnout and depression. Whether it’s past or present life stressors, I am here to help.

I became a therapist to help others live up to their full potential in all areas of life and find a sense of peace and control in their lives.
