I work from a holistic perspective and begin by examining all areas of a client's physical, mental, and emotional health when collaborating on a treatment plan. I draw from many modalities and heavily utilize DBT and I am also EMDR trained.

Spend time digging deep into your emotions and thought process. Work on gaining greater clarity to what your needs and goals are and examine where you're seeing deficits. Create a version of you that aligns with this vision in a meaningful way.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, relationships, eating disorders, and trauma. As a mom myself, I am passionate about working with perinatal/postpartum mood disorders and women's issues.

I became a therapist because:

I believe we are all able to grow, adapt and heal from the adversities we have experienced and I feel very privileged to help others in their process.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I'm a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider which enables me to better look for lifestyle factors that may be impacting mood.
