After getting to know you through the intake, we will establish goals that will guide our sessions. I spend about a 1/3 of the session getting updates about your emotions, 1/3 addressing goals and the last 1/3 addressing concerns that are upcoming.
Together, we will:
help you to address obstacles that are keeping you from achieving your goals. Once the obstacles are identified, we will discover coping skills, resources and supports that will help you regain the emotional status you desire.
