I tend to have a relational approach, I see myself as more of a mentor than an expert. You are the expert in your own life, and I am just here to help you organize your thoughts and beliefs, and to help you stay accountable for your personal goals.

I have done a lot of work with parents and children who have experienced separation in child welfare, as well as autistic children. Though that is my experience, I would be thrilled to work with adults and youth from other backgrounds.

I wanted to support people in my community, and be the type of mento I could have used when I was younger.

I have ADHD, belong to the LGBTQ+ community and generally identify as a sex-positive therapist. I am comfortable working with clients who use AAC devices for communication. I am happy to offer evening sessions as late as 7 PM, but my be open to later
