I apply evidenced based interventions to help my clients improve the quality of their lives. My particular interest is in helping people develop healthy coping skills to deal with depression, anxiety, anger, and relationship issues.

Identify the areas causing you distress, learn evidenced based strategies to make changes in those areas, and collaboratively monitor your progress with the goal of eventually reducing sessions as you start feeling better and better.
