As a therapist I want you to feel heard, safe, empowered, and supported. I use humor in therapy to keep things light, when appropriate, but I will partner with you to tackle the hard topics as well.

develop an effective plan for you to feel better, whether it’s to conquer the world or just today. I provide a lot of psychoeducation and tools that you can use to overcome your current and past stressors and symptoms.
I specialize in working with people who:
Struggle with mood disorders (mania/depression), anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Setting boundaries, finding your voice, becoming more self-aware, and loving yourself are all things that I love helping people with.
I became a therapist because:
I genuinely LOVE helping people and I want everyone to have the tools they need to feel like their best self.

I’m a therapist who loves my kiddos, husband, and rescue pups. I also recently started doing judo, which has done wonders for bringing more peace into my life. I enjoy escaping reality with Schitt’s Creek and have been compared to David and Moira. 🤣
