I believe that we are capable of beautiful and radical change. I enjoy assisting individuals in the discovery and harnessing of their abilities and releasing of their limitations. I utilize a holistic lens to attend to the needs of the individual.

We will explore the themes and narratives of your life and history that feel important to you. We will highlight patterns of behavior and connection that are helpful or hindering to your individual goals and wellness.

My approach is holistically minded, warm, insightful and compassionate with a healthy balance of accountability and challenge.

I have extensive history supporting individuals with their navigation in and overcoming of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I utilize EMDR alongside a warm and eclectic approach.

I became a therapist because I believe we are all capable of being our best authentic self. We do not need to be defined by our past or pain.

I believe in compassionate support, empowered self discovery, and a gentle yet, assertive nudge when needed. We are both, our own worst enemy and our most powerful gladitor. This is not a journey that you have to walk alone.
