I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, and trauma. Many of my clients feel "out of control" around food or describe themselves as "emotional eaters." Others are trying to navigate life while carrying a heavy load of anxiety and/or trauma.

My practice is deeply rooted in the Health at Every Size® framework, intuitive eating, and the belief that all bodies are good bodies. In addition to EDs and body image, I also help folks work through anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions.
