OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
My clients describe me as:
Honest, direct, genuine and empathetic. I've battled postpartum depression and I offer my experiences, along with listening to yours. I can help you.
Something to know about my approach is:
My use of personal training/nutrition. As we work on changing how you feel mentally, we can also address the changes that may need to be made physically. Incorporating both mind & body can be beneficial when battling postpartum depression.
Together, we will:
Identify where you feel you are struggling as a mother. We will work together on exploring your wants/needs as a parent, learn how to handle stressful situations in the moment and get you back to enjoying being a mom.
I specialize in working with people who:
Are struggling being a mother. Whether suffering from Postpartum Depression and anxiety or physically feeling unable to keep up, I help women feel confident in their abilities to be a good mom without the unnecessary "mom guilt."
I became a therapist because:
I want to help people. I started working with the perinatal mental health population because I suffered from postpartum depression. I can help.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
Teletherapy; very helpful for mom’s that feel they can't leave home. Productive online session within the time frame that fits your schedule.
More about me and my practice:
I’m the therapist that puts the focus back on the moms. The therapist that listens to the struggles in an environment that is free of judgment & doubt. No more "mom guilt" and "mom shaming." I prioritize you and how you feel.
