I will listen to your situation with empathy. Then I will provide an approach that may include cognitive behavioral therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, or Nuerosequential MOdel therapeutics. Each person will have a unique plan for their needs.

I specialize in working with people who:

Specialization with teens and adults addressing needs of anxiety, depression, and relationships. I am trained in Collaborative Problem Solving and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) that focuses on brain development.

I became a therapist because:

I deeply care for individuals and want to see each person overcome trauma and conflict. I believe each person can be empowered to succeed.

I believe in communication, collaboration, and inner healing. My clients are equipt with strength-based tools to meet and overcome the trials and obstacles that are unique to them. I do not judge my clients. My goal is to provide them autonomy.
