I have worked with several clients for many years. They would describe working with me as "Talking to a Next Door Neighbor on a Front Porch.

Something to know about my approach is:

Clients should feel open to share their thoughts and/or feelings without any type of judgement. They should also feel like they are "being heard" with whatever challenges that they are facing. In addition, clients need to feel supported as well.

Being in the Social Work field for 20 + years, so there are no subjects in which I do not welcome a client to discuss. Some of these topics could include issues involving Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Transitional Issues and more.
