I am a holistic therapist who uses spiritual-based practices to enhance my client's therapy experience. I work with my clients as a whole person and help them to become their own healer and support system.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with women who are experiencing increased anxiety, struggling to recognize their worth, and are feeling stuck in life. The women I work with are ready to take control of their lives and take action to create the lives of their dreams!

I became a therapist because:

I want to offer people a safe space to focus on themselves for a guaranteed 1 hour per week because not enough of us prioritize our own well being.
