I strive to understand you and all of your unique qualities as well as provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s not working, get to know yourself better, heal trauma, and create the life that you want to live.

Together, we will:

Examine root causes of your presenting concerns. Help you feel less overwhelmed, more emotionally regulated, and more fully yourself. Explore how to live the life you want to live with fulfilling relationships, employment, and hobbies.

I specialize in working with people who:

Describe themselves as stressed, anxious, and/or depressed. Identify as people-pleasers, planners, and perfectionists. Overwhelm, self criticism, and shutdown can come easily. Underneath all of this is frequently self doubt and shame.

I became a therapist because:

I care deeply about people. I feel great meaning and joy when I help people feel better and lead the lives they want to lead.
