I’m a licensed mental health therapist who works with individuals with a variety of mental health issues and stressors to learn ways to cope, manage triggers, improve communication, set boundaries and build a strong support network. I take a strengths-based approach to counseling that focuses on your positive attributes and abilities.

Together we will identify what is important to you and explore areas of focus for therapy. We will create a safe space to process thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental way and build skills, gain insight and practical action steps to work towards goals.

You can find me playing and writing music, relaxing with a good book, or wrapped up in a board game or video game. I frequently participate in pickleball and enjoy being active outside. I have written over 40 songs and can play several different instruments and sing. I grew up playing in a family band and we occasionally still play together.
