Something to know about my approach is:

I'm laid back and tend to be non-directive meaning I work with whatever the client desires to talk about in the appointment. However, if you like things to work on in-between sessions, by all means ask and I'll be happy to provide handouts, etc.

Together, we will:

Develop a treatment plan with goals that will help guide our sessions. I definitely want the client's input, as it's your session, your goals, your time, and I want to help support you as best as possible. You can discuss whatever is most relevant.

I specialize in working with people who:

Are interested to know themselves better, are motivated for improvement, and who are open to seeing things in a new light. I mostly work with anxiety, depression, adjusting to life changes, stress, panic, grief and loss, negative or anxious thoughts.

I became a therapist because:

I've experienced challenges early in life resulting in some undesirable symptoms & desire to help others understand ways of coping with challenges.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I have an office in downtown Yellow Springs, OH but since COVID I'm offering therapy online only. You'll likely meet my cat, Sala, in online sessions.
