I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be real. My style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw from person centered, Cognitive Processing, and mindfulness approaches and practice in a trauma-informed way, helping you better understand patterns, build skills, and move toward the life you want.

Together we will create space to understand what you’re going through, build on your strengths, and develop practical ways to move toward the life you want. Therapy is a place to slow down, make sense of patterns, and find new ways of responding to challenges.
