I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused treatment along with incorporating aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) such as distress tolerance and mindfulness practices.

I serve individuals who are experiencing anger, depression, anxiety, self-harm, substance use, or interpersonal conflict. As a compassionate, empathetic, and solution-focused therapist, I work to empower individuals and promote growth.

As a clinical mental health counselor, I meet clients "where they are." I have experience treating adults in school, community, & inpatient settings. I provide affordable & culturally sensitive therapy to individuals of all backgrounds.
