My counseling approach centers on empathy, presence, and respect for each client’s unique journey. You are the expert of your life, and I’m honored to walk beside you. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship that is tailored to your needs. I hope to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard. There is no “one-size-fits-all” solution.

Together, we will explore your presenting concern, which may change from session to session. It is up to you what we focus on, and I encourage clients to be open and honest. Together, we may find deeper meaning in what concerns you, insightful knowledge about yourself, and emotional wellness.

I am unsure how my clients would describe me, but I put my best skills forward in each session. I am continuously learning new skills and tailoring my treatment to what is developmentally appropriate and to my clients' interests.

I welcome individuals from all walks of life and am excited to work with clients aged 10 and up. Guardians of minors are welcome to join sessions, but I prefer to meet one-on-one with the client to foster deeper rapport and social skills development.

As a Counseling Intern at Holding Space, I’m gaining hands-on experience while working toward my LPC licensure. I plan to continue my education with a focus on eating disorders and art therapy, with the long-term goal of opening a private practice.
