that I offer diagnostic assessment and empirically based treatment for children, adolescents, & adults. I am certified in DBT, but use a combination of therapy techniques based on your needs including CBT mindfulness, & social skills training.

are experiencing anxiety, depression, disorders, personality disorders, and trauma-related disorders & I provide counseling & treatment services to children, adolescents, adults who are experiencing emotional distress.

I became a therapist because:

I reached out to a therapist when I was a teen! I know what it is like to be on the other side of the couch and I know how beneficial therapy can be!

Therapy offices can be very clinical & dark. Our space is inviting & bright with natural lighting that creates a sense of calmness & relaxation.
