I am real, and I want you to feel better about whatever it is that is bothering you. I typically use CBT approaches, focusing on how thoughts affect your behaviors. Sometimes it's helpful to dig a bit deeper to find what's really holding you back from healing. Whatever the approach, the goal is to empower you.

We will work on building confidence, self-esteem, more positive thinking, coping skills, and empowerment. Whether you just want to build social skills or want to discuss trauma, it's about building you up. We will challenge each other in meaningful, helpful ways so that you can leave feeling more fulfilled with your life.

Have substance use problems, couples and relationship issues, teen issues, parenting, or kids struggling with social and emotional skills. My experience so far has allowed me to work closely with people of all ages and diagnoses, and I enjoy the diverse clients I am able to meet and work with.

I know first hand of life's ups, downs, and in betweens. It took a while to find someone I felt comfortable talking to, and over the past few years I found the therapist I want to be because connection is important.
