I believe that healing begins when we’re truly seen and accepted for who we are. My sessions are a safe and affirming space for healing and growth- especially for those within the Black community who may not always feel supported in traditional mental health settings.

Work through every part of your story, including the pain. Healing isn’t about returning to who we were, but about allowing ourselves to grow into someone new. My practice is guided by the principle of Sankofa (“to go back and fetch it”) representing the courage to look back on our lives and to carry the wisdom of those experiences forward into our growth.

My approach is also affirming of those who are LGBTQIA+, polyamorous/ENM, and those exploring identity, non-religious spirituality, and alternative lifestyles.
