I generally let the client lead the conversation and ask questions that help clarify and problem solve as well as process emotions. I often give "homework" of things to work on or think about in between sessions which can help enhance the process.

I am a Social Worker and that means I like to look at all areas of a persons life and how that is affecting them. We will then make a plan together to find the best way to healing and improve functioning in the areas identified.

I love to work with a variety of age groups. I enjoy play therapy with children. I love working with teens and young people. I also enjoy working with Moms and professional women who need support.
