Warm, funny, sarcastic and compassionate. I'm someone who doesn't mind wading with you in your 'weird.' I'm open and direct.

I use EMDR, parts work, narrative work, and regular old talk therapy to help you get to the root of what is bothering you. We work together to uncover your goals and hidden strengths, as you grow as a person.

kick ass and take names (just kidding). We will help change your views about yourself, the world and your place in it. We will create a life you love to live, a space where you can get your best self back.

I specialize in working with people who:

have anxiety about: who they are; how good of a parent or partner they are; how good of an adult they are; how good of a person they are; future grief and loss. I work with people who are curious and courageous.

I became a therapist because:

I had a therapist who helped me work through my own anxiety.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I have an existential crisis duck lamp, which makes me laugh regularly. I also offer a weighted teddy bear and throw blankets. Come on in!

More about me and my practice:

I'm a loss mom (I have a history of infant loss and miscarriages/infertility). I'm a Type 6w7 Enneagram. My favorite color is yellow. I like dance parties, my black cat, and smutty romance novels. The nervous system is our friend.
