They say I help them feel safe enough to slow down, notice what’s happening internally, and approach difficult experiences without feeling overwhelmed. I help them feel understood at a deeper emotional level and less alone in what they’re carrying.

I work with people who feel stuck in patterns shaped by trauma, attachment wounds, painful relationships, or overwhelming emotions, and want to process experiences through EMDR and an Emotionally-Focused lens while building deeper emotional safety and connection in relationships and less controlled by past experiences.

I’m drawn to helping people heal the impact of trauma and relationships that have left lasting emotional patterns. I believe change happens when we feel safe enough to understand and work through what’s been carried alone for too long.
