that I take a relational approach, and believe that the relationship between therapist and client is a safe and effective space to practice vulnerability, curiosity, mindfulness, boundary setting, and emotional regulation.

I specialize in working with people who:

may be experiencing high levels of anxiety, may have a hard time identifying and communicating their needs, and want to explore their identity and values in order to live a life that feels more authentic to them.

I became a therapist because:

I have always been passionate about creating space for others where I can model safe and secure attachments, reduce shame, and increase empowerment.

I have an office located in an accessible, central area of Midtown OKC. I also offer telehealth so that you can join from anywhere that works for you!
