I assist clients to enhance self-esteem and boundaries to promote self-care. I strongly value people as experts of their own life experiences without judgment or minimization.

identify your healing needs and goals. Once this is established, we can develop a treatment plan that works for you to be guided in this process.

I specialize in working with people who:

are open to explore how past traumas or other adversities have impacted their current functioning. It is a great privilege as a Therapist to be trusted with vulnerability and guiding people toward a more healed version of themselves.

I became a therapist because:

I love to help people and do my best to make them feel seen and heard. The sting of feeling unvalued is relatable and allows me to help others heal.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

my virtual office and physical office are the same space. I don't use background filters simply because I want therapy to feel authentic for clients.
