I became a therapist because I was interested in helping grieving families find healthier ways of communicating and working through their pain.

More about me and my practice:

I live with my 2 cats, 1 dog, my husband, and my daughter. I am originally from Connecticut where the apple trees and the Fall leaves are beautiful in Autumn.. which is my favorite time of year.
