About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Someone who really gets them, makes them feel seen and valued, and actually helps them to create long-lasting changes in their lives.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I am empathic and compassionate, as well as direct and humorous. I won't just sit there and nod my head. I highly attune to you, provide you with supportive and challenging feedback, and together we'll sit in the discomfort, laugh, and celebrate you.

  • Together, we will:

Get you out of your head and back into your life. We'll understand why you feel the way you do, identify how you want to move forward differently, and I'll help guide you towards ways to move past your difficulties and into a better life.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Are highly self-critical, often put others before themself, struggle in their relationships (friends, family, romantic partners), have high functioning anxiety, are perfectionistic, often gaslight themselves, and yet still hope things can get better.

  • I became a therapist because:

I was once a therapy client suffering with anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, and relationships. I genuinely believe in therapy's ability to create change.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

It's entirely online! Which means that it's more convenient, flexible, affordable, and some say comfortable.

  • More about me and my practice:

I am a Latina Oregon transplant from the South Side of Chicago. While I'm not in-network with insurance, I can provide you with a monthly Superbill if you have out-of-network benefits. I also can accept Spring Health EAP.
