I have a special interest in perinatal mental health and supporting individuals and couples as they navigate the parenting process. I also enjoy supporting children, families, and adults who are looking for strategies to effectively manage ADHD.

I specialize in working with people who:

Need support around pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, infertility, and adjusting to parenthood. I enjoy working with a variety of individuals, couples, and families wanting to enhance their positive communication patterns.

I offer therapy in person in gorgeous Bend, Oregon and also via telehealth to people located anywhere in Oregon.
