Are interested in learning about themselves, and in finding new ways to live in the world. Often, my clients have been experiencing big changes in their life, and have realized that their old patterns and programs are no longer working for them.

I became a therapist because:

I have always had an interest in helping others to navigate the challenges of life. As a therapist, I also get to learn and grow all the time.

I also offer psychedelic integration services for adults who have chosen those experiences as supports for their healing and growth. I emphasize education, grounded discernment, clear intention, and harm reduction when I offer integration services.
