I'm a feminist, anti-racist therapist aligned with social justice who has been providing therapy for almost 20 years. I'm passionate about the importance of relationships in our lives, because relational fulfillment has so much impact on our mental health.

My clients describe me as easy to talk to and affirming, while still challenging them to make the changes they came to counseling for. They would say I'm organized and good at tracking what they bring to session, balancing focus on goals with the freedom to explore what's feeling important in the moment.
