I will take things at your pace! I never want to make someone uncomfortable and to dive right into content of our sessions, especially topics like sexuality, pleasure, intimacy, and trauma.

Together, we will:

get to explore what sexuality and pleasure means to you. If you are looking for couples or relationship therapy I will hold space for you and your partner so you two can be on the same team again, and learn how to communicate effectively.

want to reconnect with themselves, are ready to heal from the past, and are willing to open up, get curious about yourself, and tell your story.

I became a therapist because:

growing up in the Bible Belt as a queer person was hard enough. I want to provide space for folks to explore who they are in a supportive environment.
