Explore and decrease anxiety, stress and traumatic memories that are holding you back from living your best life. We will utilize EMDR, practice relaxation skills, talk about healthy boundaries and explore strategies to manage the everyday stress.

Young adults who identify as women and who are experiencing anxiety, stress and overwhelm. I am uniquely equipped to support folks going through big changes or who want to address trauma to heal and create a path forward.

I became a therapist because:

Growing up I experienced a lot of adversity and never felt I had anyone to talk. I want to make sure no one else feels that way.
