I use a combination of evidence based practices and interventions to help my clients learn new ways to cope and integrate anxiety, stress, grief, and traumas, so they no longer have a negative impact on their day-to-day lives.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with all ages. I have specialized training in working with children age 0 to 5. I enjoy helping parents connect with their kids and support them through life’s challenges.

I became a therapist because:

I know over their lifetime, most people will have some kind of challenging or traumatic experience that impacts them, and I want to be there to help.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am able to offer telehealth therapy to clients in both Oregon, and California.
