I specialize in mood, thought, behavioral, and substance use issues. My holistic approach uses cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapies to guide people towards improving cognitive distortions, mood, self-esteem, and build healthier habits.

Together we will work towards Increasing your understanding of the impact of how our thoughts impact how we feel, and how we act. We will explore how all thoughts are opinions and that those opinions can be changed with work, time and supports.
