I am not accepting new clients at this time.
My clients describe me as:
Gentle, nurturing, and skilled. Working together, clients find their own way forward accessing self-compassion in a safe and healing environment.
Something to know about my approach is:
I utilizes attachment theory, mindfulness and meditation, family therapy, & ADHD skill building to work with clients experiencing ADHD. I utilize ART, Seeking Safety Model, Mindfulness & Meditation, & Expressive Art for clients experiencing trauma.
Together, we will:
Support acceptance, processing, and build skills through evidence based techniques and modalities. We will heal generational family trauma, build skills and resources for your ADHD, and heal from the trauma of grief and loss.
I specialize in working with people who:
Experience or have a child who experiences ADHD, are struggling with trauma (developmental, generational, or complex), and who are in the midst of their grief from the death of a loved one. I work with professionals, parents, and young adults.
I became a therapist because:
I've been through the hardships of life and came through to the other side thanks to my own therapy. I hope to provide you the same relief.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I am queer affirming and believe we are all valuable exactly as we are. I meet via telehealth with clients.
More about me and my practice:
All humans are worthy of love and belonging, no matter our experiences, perceived deficits, or what others may have led us to believe. Above all else, you deserve to live a life of inner peace, health, and happiness by your own definition.
