I practice Gestalt therapy and I create a gentle and safe space through a nurturing therapeutic relationship to support the growth of emerging adults (ages 18-35) so that they may lead expansive, fulfilling lives.

struggle with anxiety that persists despite daily efforts to manage it, as well as those struggling to overcome the debilitating effects of depression. I also specialize in helping my clients understand the impact of unresolved trauma in their lives.

I view therapy as a healing process and I tend to work with clients for more than a year. I provide weekly therapy where we will choose a time and meet weekly at that same time. With investment in yourself and the process, great change is possible.
