I use an integrative approach of person-centered relational therapy, interpersonal awareness techniques, coping tools, IFS/Parts Work, and narrative exposure techniques. My therapeutic lens is rooted in attachment and systems; both the systems of our families as well as the social systems we live in and how they impact our mental health and well-being.
