About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Down to earth, prioritizing and believing my clients and their experiences, knowledgeable, and neurodiversity, disability, and queer/trans affirming

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I value evidence based practice, but I also value lived experience based practice and will never force a treatment on you that doesn’t feel right. I have specialized knowledge in many areas, but my main job is to walk with you on your journey.

  • Together, we will:

Dismantle systemic oppression and injustice, learn to live with our bodies/minds/thoughts/feelings in harmony, create something new out of something painful

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Are neurodivergent, especially those with Autism, ADHD, or BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder), have trauma or PTSD/C-PTSD, are queer or trans identifying or transitioning, have religious trauma, grief or adjustment concerns, depression, anxiety

  • I became a therapist because:

I wanted to help people upset generational trauma patterns and learn to live more in harmony with themselves and who they want to be.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

You get the convenience of working with me over Zoom/Telehealth! PJ’s and pet friends welcome 😊

  • More about me and my practice:

I am an autistic, queer, and trans/non-binary practitioner, which can make me particularly helpful to fellow neurodivergent/autistic and queer/trans/enby clients 😊
