I believe we all have an inner guide that can lead us towards healing, joy, and fulfillment if we allow it to. My goal is to help you access this inner guide and learn to really listen to it.
Together, we will:
Help you transform bad experiences and learned negative beliefs such as "I'm not good enough" or "I don't matter" into self-love, empowerment, and self-awareness.
I specialize in working with people who:
Struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, low self-esteem, chronic pain, or really anyone interested in personal growth and self-exploration.
I became a therapist because:
I care deeply about humans (and all living things!) and believe in our innate ability to grow, change, and heal.
