I have evening and weekend hours available, in addition to regular work-week hours.
My clients describe me as:
supportive, caring, kind. I want to help teens and young adults live their best lives, and help parents with supporting this journey.
Something to know about my approach is:
I am available for telehealth sessions, as well as walk and talk therapy in local parks, with evening and weekends. I believe in the healing power of the outdoors. I also use mindfulness, trauma therapy, and more to help develop coping skills.
Together, we will:
explore values and goals, and the barriers you are experiencing, in order to find a path through to the life you want. I am able to form strong, therapeutic relationships with youth, and help their parents navigate and support their child’s growth.
I specialize in working with people who:
are looking to develop positive coping skills, identify stressors and move forward to achieve their highest potential. I will support your child in better understanding themselves, their goals and their values.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I believe in the healing power of nature and the outdoors, as well as processing through movement. For this reason I offer walk and talk therapy.
More about me and my practice:
I am available for in person walk and talk sessions or online appointments. I have evening and weekend hours.
