I do some of my best work with couples and individuals who have trouble being kind to themselves. My primary focus and education is centered around trauma-informed care. I use a collaborative approach to find the best possible treatment model for you. Some common methods I use include EMDR, IFS, brainspotting, Gottman and emotionally focused couples therapy.

Together we will explore not only the current difficulties within your relationships, self-perception and motivations, but also the root causes of these difficulties. I can help with current tools for addressing these difficulties, in addition to centering in on how these difficulties arose and focus on deep healing.

My clients would describe me as curious, intelligent and compassionate. I often help guide people to insights that otherwise be very difficult to realize. My clients report having much better self-compassion and better tools for engaging in healthy and loving relationships.
