Empathic and yet, direct. Relatable. Understanding.
I will respectfully be confrontational and/or direct with you to allow you to see how things may not align. I want you to be able to "walk the walk" of becoming the better version of yourself, not just "talk the talk."
During our time together, I will help you uncover who you are, determine where you want to go in life, and how to manage all the pivots you will have along the journey.
I specialize working with student athletes (current and former) as they face a unique struggle in balancing a variety of demands and life transitions, often accompanied by increased pressure and expectations.
I became a LPC after personal struggles & spending years seeing athletes struggle with mental health and wanted to become another resources for them.
Because of my background as an Athletic Trainer, I am able to help navigate injuries/recovery expectations to reduce the fear of the unknown.
