My hope is to support you in a way that feels warm and caring, with a bit of humor recognizing that this process is full of highs and lows.

You can have long lasting transformation in your life. I hope that in this process of fulfillment you are able to get more in touch with your body, your emotions, and closer with the people that you love.

I want to create change in peoples lives through focusing on sex therapy, relationship issues, poly/monogamous couples, and somatic (aka body) therapy. I hope to break these concepts open into palpable areas to focus on while we discuss patterns.

I work with adults looking to better understand their relationships and the role they play in them.
