I specialize in working with people who:

I enjoy working with clients who struggle with identity or decisions about life direction by exploring their thoughts, values, goals, and emotions and what all that information tells us. Often trauma processing and integration is a part of this work.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to help people process pain to realize their inner beauty, strength, & power. I love helping folks gain confidence and reach their potential.

More about me and my practice:

I enjoy working w/folks w/ marginalized identities (LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, women) and w/ anyone experiencing depression/anxiety/loss/trauma who can self-reflect, values their interpersonal relationships, feels a little lost, or struggles with confidence.
