I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with individuals who have had grief/loss, life transitions, chronic health issues, relationship issues, ADHD and trauma. I am a Certified Grief Educator and a Certified Complex Trauma Therapist.

I became a therapist because:

I love working with people and especially love helping others. My experience includes working in the medical, agency and private practice sector.

I offer telehealth because clients find it so convenient and accessible.

I have lots of life experience that helps me understand your journey. I am a single parent, lost both of my parents, had several life losses and chronic health issues. Want to help others in their time of need so they don’t feel alone.
