I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR and integrate these models for a relational, attachment-based approach to therapy. I weave mindfulness, somatics, and family systems into my work. My approach is direct, experiential, and determined to help you create the real, sustaining changes you're seeking in life.

Through IFS, I help clients understand how their past informs their present in order to change the patterns that are keeping them stuck. We'll build better regulation skills, process past traumas, and learn new ways of relating to yourself and others. My ultimate goal is to restore a sense of agency, balance, and connection from the inside out.

My clients describe me as warm, attuned, and able to hold them in all of their complexity. I work towards creating an antioppressive, liberatory space and welcome you in all of your identities and experiences. I don't view my role as "fixing" or giving advice, but to hold, support, and challenge you to create the changes you want in life.
