Something to know about my approach is:
I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy which requires a commitment to learn and implement skills into your life outside of therapy. This involves homework, practice and occasionally experiential learning. I also integrate mindfulness, ACT, & MI

Together we will discuss what issues are coming up for you, assess problematic patterns and determine where and how to intervene. We will create a safe space for you to unfold what has been most difficult in your life to feel, heal, and learn.
